About this listen
Jacob Hawthorne blamed his somber mood on his older brother Patrick, and the influence that he had on his son William, murdering that police officer in Auckland, Minnesota less than 20 hours ago. William had an Iowa State University Scholarship to play football a scholarship that was no doubt, now void. Man oh man are we up shit creek now Jacob thought, if only we would've stayed on highway two instead of taking fourteen, we wouldn't be in this mess. At 40-one Jacob was very similar in looks with his older brother Patrick, they both stood six-three in stature and weighed close to, 240 apiece all muscle, courtesy of years of hard labor on their stepfathers farm. Both wore their dirty blonde hair in crew cut fashion, hair that complimented honey colored eyes on seraphic faces that ironically got them out of trouble, however their physical similarities is where the proverbial buck stopped mentally they were the polar opposites. Jacob a hopeless romantic lived for the love of his woman friend Darla, the 25-year-old red head that was easily satisfied by the best; she never missed an opportunity to spend the little money that Jacob had, Patrick on the other hand was a cold calculating murderous individual.

Great read! Entertained the entire book
An old friend asked me to read his book and I'm glad I did. The story between Sebastian and Ferris was my favorite part about the book. I hope one day I'm lucky enough to meet a gentleman like Sebastian (one can only dream). I loved how both stories merged into one, that was an unexpected twist. Fantastic job Steph on your first book, I know your next one will be even better!
