A great read that makes food science simple

I read a physical copy of this book a few years ago and it was sooo good I knew I would come back to it. I will listen again and again, especially to certain sections. So many great ‘ take home messages’. I will never go on a calorie restrictive diet again!
Thanks Andrew Jenkinson, this book desperately needed to be written!!!
