The murders may be over, but my heartache is back in full force, thanks to my mother and my own misgivings.

If you're into omniverse, dark MMFM, spicy stories, this would be right up your alley.
Mercy has grown within this series. her strengthen, emotional bond with her pack, and steamy scenes with Dorian, August and Foster makes this story very interesting.
The plot is suspenseful, and entertaining.
Allyson Voller narration is very good. I know that whenever she narrates a Story, it going to be a wonderful listen.

The narrator did an amazing job on both books in this duet. I would gladly listen to more books narrated by them.

I continued to enjoy the storyline. I thought the characters had awesome growth and I admire that the FMC isn't afraid to stand up for what she cares for. The ending was great and I giggled at the Petra part.

While I really did enjoy this duet, especially the spice, the plot kinda fell off at the end of this book... I almost forgot how and why we got here. It was suspenseful and I enjoyed what plot was there, but I'm left with some questions....

I really enjoyed Mercy's growth. She gained a lot of emotional strength between these books and I really loved who she became.

The spice was definitely the highlight. I especially loved the rummy bet, wowsa. It was a lot of fun and full of keenky goodness.

The audio was really good, I loved Allyson Voller's Mercy and other female voices, but thought the way she delivered some of the male voices was a little odd. I didn't mind the sound, so much as the way she said the lines. That being said, it was an excellent listen and I definitely recommend the audio.

Wicked Girl is the second book in the Knot Their Toy series. These books need to be read in order as this book is the continuation of Mercy, Dorian, August, and Fosters story.

Mercy is back and not sure where her relationship with Dorian and his pack stands since the bet is over. Their relationship grows, but they all have things they are going through.

Will they all get their happy ending? I enjoyed this duet. It was a fun quick listen.

This is book two in the Knot Their Toy series written by AJ Merlin. I had to research to see if this is a HEA or HFN, and found that this was book two in a duet. She left it open for more with side characters. The Omegaverse is still a bit confusing for me since I can't get a handle on human, wolf, feline, or what? But the storyline continued to keep me entertained with Mercy finding herself within the pack and lots of steam with Dorian, August and Foster. There were a few side characters to hate as well side characters I hope to see again in the future.

Allyson Voller is an excellent narrator! She's a favorite of mine. She does a great job with male and female voices, performing with emotion, having this audiobook rolling like a movie in my head. Perfection!

Wicked Girl by AJ Merlin is a dark omegaverse academy romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Allyson Voller. This is the second book in Knot Their Toy duet.

I am a little torn on this series. I liked the first book and the chemistry between Mercy, Dorian, August, and Foster. The problem I have is the outside issues that are given but not fully discussed. The first book was a serial killer on campus, but it seemed more like an afterthought. Then in this one they need to we worried about Amelia and her pack but very little actually happens as well. I just felt like those portions weren't really needed. But overall, I enjoyed the relationship between Mercy and her men.

I originally read the book and was so excited when I seen Allyson Voller was narrating the book. I just love her narration style. I can't wait to listen to more of her work in the future.

I would recommend this series if you're looking for an omegaverse romances, MM romances, poly romances, dark romances, or bully romances.

This was the 2nd book in the Vile Boys duet and I enjoyed seeing Mercy and the boys again. This book was around their 2nd semester together and I'm the tension ran high with a threat to Doriansl's pack. Mercy and the guys continue to build their relationship, and we get to see Mercy build more friendships with some supporting characters.

Cudos Allyson Voller. She did such an amazing job with this book and giving these characters life.

I was completely drawn into this book from the beginning. I enjoyed every second of listening to this book and I cannot wait to add it to my repeat list. Allyson’s voice was great. Such a great tone and easy to listen to. Her timing and nuances were great and I really felt like her voice suited the FMC well.

Much like the first book I am now obsessed with this story and characters. Such a great plot and you can tell it is well thought out. The pacing was great and the twists and turns were timed perfectly and the story keeps you hanging off every single word. Such detail also in the book, and I love how its not your conventional story it has a unique quality to it that just captivates you.

I didn’t think it was possible, but I love these characters even more now than I did in the first book and I hope like heck there is another book because I don’t want this story to end. These characters have so much still to reveal about themselves I feel and discover with each other, and their growth so far has been great to see. This book now lives rent free in my mind and I wish I could experience this book for the first time all over again. Amazing job Allyson and great story Aj Merlin. I am head over heels with this series.

I wasnt sure how I was going to like book 2 in this story because the bullying and dark aspects in book 1 put me off a couple times so the dynamics weren’t 100% my fav but BOY WAS I WRONG with book 2!! I adored this story and thought it was a huge improvement. I think book 1 we had to lay the ground work and book 2 was able to expand on it and really develop the relationship between Mercy and the guys. I had to stop thinking about how bad they were in book 1 and how their relationship changed really quick, but I overalled liked the story and the plot as well as the steam and addition of their romance ❤️

Mercy comes into her own in book 2 after letting people walk all over her in book 1. I was worried about the rival from the archery team making a stink and she sure did try to break them apart and break Mercy but she wasnt going to let her do that/get her down. She did get a little too snarky in some spots but I preferred that than people running over her. I loved seeing the guys being there for her, the real pack dynamics coming out to play. The steam and intimacy was fabulous, the mix of steam and plot was done well. I do think the author played favorites with the guys haha but I liked how things went. I do wish one of them got more airtime but they had group scenes so I got some of him there too. I did enjoy the MM scenes too (MM is my favorite!!) and I liked the play on kinks and power dynamics as well. This one definitely wasnt a bully romance, which I liked more than book 1. Enjoyed that the designations weren’t overly done (like all about the omega/beta/alpha dynamics) it was deeper than that 😍

Audio was done well, I thought the female narrator did a good job bringing all these characters to life. I think it would have been a 5/5 stars for audio if they could have brought on a male narrator but the female narrator gets 5/5 stars for the ladies and then 4/5 stars for the male characters. All the emotion and different connections were done well, we could feel the push and pull and the healing everyone had to go through after book 1. We could see the walls crack and shatter as the guys finally got onboard and did a complete 180 but still keep the sexy dynamics they started in book 1. I could feel her love for them and see how they put their actions up to judge/actions speak louder than words and to see the guys let her in and see their vulnerable side.

Surprised how much I ended up liking this duet, was nervous after book 1 not gonna lie haha.
