Wild Dreams is the twelfth book in the Wilder Irish series. Oliver was raised by one mom and two dads. He was raised in a family that accepted any form of love. He always imagined his future to have multiple lovers like his parents. Gavin and Oliver were best friends as boys. Gavin moved in with Oliver and his family when he was a teenager. His mother had mental and substance problems. Oliver and Gavin both were into each other. Oliver could see Gavin as one of his future partners. The only problem Gavin was not into women. Oliver and Erin started dating in their twenties. She knew of Oliver’s dating preferences and dreams. Gavin and Oliver lived in the apartment above Pat’s Pub. One day it caught fire in the restaurant half and burnt down. They were homeless and needed a place to stay. They moved in with Erin, and things got interesting.

Lee Daniels, Connor Brown, and Oliver Highpoint did a fantastic job narrating this book.

This is book 12 in Carr's Wilder Irish series and can be read / listened as a standalone. Oh - pop pop...how I love his love for family! Our main characters are Oliver, Gavin and Erin. Oliver has come from a family full of love, where Gavin struggles with what love means from how he was raised early on. I love the storyline on this, while short, it's full of content and gives the background needed to relate to these characters individually and together. I love that Oliver has big dreams for his life and never gives up on them. I also adore the level of maturity and communication displayed. Overall, a beautiful read / listen of love, hope and family. Well written and beautifully narrated. I can't wait for more in this series!

Oliver "Ollie" Collins, Gavin Hawke, and Erin McCaffrey are electric together! I absolutely love them as a unit. They are hot, playful, and have a good foundation. Plus, they have plenty of familial support.

Gavin's past is wretched and when his past meets his present... let's just say that it's all heartbreaking in so many ways. I do like how Erin and Ollie react to the childhood scars and how the rest of the Collins Clan accepts him as one of their own.

Other than knowing that Erin is tenderhearted and a good fit for both men, I felt like I didn't really get to know her. That said, there's a chance that earlier books in the series filled that in a little. As I've read a couple here and there, I can't say with certainty. Either way what I do see, I like.

I plan on going back and reading both series, Wild Irish & Wilder Irish, in order at some point. While it'll likely enhance the experience, prior reading isn't required to enjoy this.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are Lee Daniels, Connor Brown, and Oliver Highpoint. They are all wonderful narrators.

Wild Dreams is book twelve in the Wild Irish series. It is a MMF, contemporary romance. I love visiting with all the Collins Family. There is drama, excitement, sadness and love. This story is an emotional roller coaster ride with all the feels. I absolutely love Oliver, Gavin and Erin together. The bond between these three is amazing and beautiful. And of course I adore Pop-Pop and all his wisdom.

Lee Daniels, Connor Brown and Oliver Highpoint did a great job bringing this story and these characters to life.

Mari Carr is an excellent author. She has written shorter books where I have fallen in love with the characters. Each story has been believable, for the most part, and that's hard to do with shorter stories. This is Oliver, Gavin, and Erin's story. Honestly, I had to warm up to Gavin, but I eventually did. He had so much to overcome. Erin has such a beautiful heart. She is so easy to like. I loved that Oliver's dreams were coming true.

The narrators brought this audiobook to life. Excellent, emotional performances that had it rolling like a movie in my head.

Wild Dreams is the 12th book in the Wilder Irish Series. This book is about Oliver, Gavin and Erin and is told from all three of their points of view.

Oliver has grown up with one mom and two dads, and has always wanted a relationship with more than one lover. Gavin and Oliver were childhood best friends. His parents take Gavin in as a foster child. Oliver and Erin started dating. She knew Oliver's preferences for what he wanted in partners, and was ok with it.

When Oliver and Gavin's apartment has a fire they need a place to stay and Erin offers for them to stay with her. Gavin wasn't into women, however, with the three of them living together things are starting to change between the three of them.

Will they all get their happy ending together? I have enjoyed the books I have read in this series. I want to go back and listen to the ones I have missed.

Wild Dreams starts by setting some history for the story of Oliver, Gavin and Erin to unfold.

Oliver, aka Ollie, was born in to a family of two dads and one mom. That is all he has ever known and he is hoping for the same for himself one day.

Gavin is Ollie's foster brother. He was physically abused by his mother at a very young age. He is not into women, having only relations with men. He keeps to himself, except for the night he opened up to Ollie when they were 18.

After that night, Ollie knew he and Gavin were meant to find the right woman and become a threesome. But Gavin says no. He denies that is what he wants, until Erin.

Ollie has been open and honest with Erin from the beginning. She is worried she will not be enough for him if Gavin never joins them. Even though Ollie keeps reassuring her that she is all he needs.

When the bar catches on fire and the apartments above it, where Ollie and Gavin live, are severely damaged, the brothers must find a new place to live. Since Erin's roommate just moved out, she offers her place. Gavin is hesitant, but he agrees short term. Little does he know what is in store for him.

Things will happen, experiences will be shared, and emotions will be mixed as these three navigate their new living arrangement.

When Gavin's past comes back will it haunt or heal him? I think it will surprise you to see who his biggest advocate is.

Please note, there are triggers in this story. Specifically, child abuse and neglect. It is heartbreaking to listen to Gavin's backstory and how it affected him physically, mentally and emotionally.

This is my second Oliver Highpoint narration. I'm finding that I enjoy listening to his voice. It has been awhile since I have listened to Lee Daniels, but I love her voice as Erin. Finally, Connor Brown is a new to me narrator. His voice gives off a gruff, but vulnerable sound, which is perfect for his character. These three work very well in this story. They bring the characters to life, along with all of the feelings and emotions.

I love this series and this book!  This story is another MMF in the series with Oliver, Gavin and Erin.  Oliver is part of the Collins Family and Gavin was adopted by them a while back.  Oliver and Erin are dating and want to include Gavin in their life, but that kind of relationship is not always easy to have.  Gavin has a lot in his past that he needs to get through, and I enjoyed seeing them work through it all together.  I love the Collins clan together again in this story!  The narrators did a fantastic job with all the voices and all the emotions they put into the characters.
