About this listen
The world is changing - the government has seized control of every aspect of society, and now kids are disappearing. For 15-year-old Wisty and her older brother, Whit, life turns upside-down when they are hauled out of bed one night, separated from their parents, and thrown into a secret compound for no reason they can comprehend. The new government is clearly trying to suppress Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Being a Normal Teenager.
Imprisoned together and condemned to death, Wisty and Whit begin exhibiting strange abilities and powers they never dreamed of. Maybe there is a reason they were singled out. Can this newly discovered witch and wizard master their skills in time to save themselves, their parents - and maybe the world?

Great performance, unsure of storyline.
The narrative lacks something original (a new world order, supernatural etc.), however, the narrators are excellent.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Witch & Wizard?
I have not completed this book yet but I am half way through. There is no memorable moment in this book yet so for. I am too absurbed in how angsty and hateable the main characters are and how the author desperately dances around cursing and complex language and emotions, while still trying to portray real teens. The story in general seems to have decent plot, but the story very slowly progresses.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
The narrator is fine, its the story. I would give him another chance.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Witch & Wizard?
I suggest that the characters stop being so angry and over analytical. Those characters are trying to be rude and rebellious, but they are trapped in the world of a kid's novel. And I hear it everytime they speak, it's like they are in a church with their parents staring at them. At one point the protagonist said
Any additional comments?
I suggest you gift this book to the nearest 10 year to preteen. But if you are looking to a good
