"Exactly What I Needed"

This is such a great book! It feels like talking to a friend who just gets it! If you struggle with things like perfectionism, control issues, or constant anxiety, this book has so many helpful tips that actually work. I love how it talks about finding work-life balance and just letting go of all that pressure to be perfect.

So many great tips!

This book really resonated with me, I think it's great for women that tend to be in their masculine energy a lot. I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist so I really appreciated that part of the book. I think everyone women should read this to feel more inner peace and balance!
