This book provides a detailed outline of what ADHD is and offers coping strategies for adult women living with the condition. The author shares her personal experience of how ADHD has impacted her life, along with proven methods that have helped her and can help others. It's an informative read that can benefit those seeking knowledge about ADHD and how to manage the diagnosis. I enjoyed the book and am now aware of the symptoms associated with ADHD.

If you have never researched ADHD at all this might help. and towards the parts that were supposed to prove strategies to cope... its like ok "caption obvious" but also putting the burden completely on the person struggling. I was hoping there would be something much more useful. Some of the strategies are decent. But she also contradicts earlier statements about not blaming yourself, and that it's not a matter of better applying yourself, but goes on to say, basically to work harder at listening and being attentive in conversations. I'm disappointed.
