I've seen wall Pilates trending online but not like this one. This audiobook made it super approachable. The instructions are clear, the illustrations in the PDF are helpful, and I love that it comes with video walkthroughs—huge bonus! I was surprised by how effective just 20 minutes seemed. I often see wall Pilates come up on my social
Media feed and I’m quite active going to the gym
But never tried this. I liked the style of the book, it was well written and the exercises are easy to follow. It explains the benefits of the exercises and is great for beginners. If you are thinking of trying well Pilates this is a great book to get you started

My wife isn’t super into fitness, but the video walkthroughs made this really easy for her. She liked being able to watch someone do the moves first, then follow along. The drawings in the PDF helped her remember the steps when she didn’t want to watch the videos again. She says it’s low-impact but still effective.
