Great introduction
This is a great book for someone who is curious about yoga. The writer provides a very accurate description of the benefits and the joy that a regular practice of yoga can bring. It is well written and a delight to read.

I love Yoga Joy
I have experienced a similar experience with yoga. This was a well written inspirational book and validated my experience. It opened my eyes to other people who may not feel like yoga is for them. I surely did not feel yoga was for me at 1st. I love yoga and this book. It was informative about the different types of yoga and the benefits of yoga.
