YOGA NIDRA ist FÜR JEDEN GEEIGNET. Er sind keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig, weder im Yoga noch in der Meditation. Es gib nichts weiter zu tun als sich in eine bequeme Liegeposition in Rückenlage zu begeben, meiner Stimme zu folgen und dabei in sich hineinzuspüren.
Die KÖRPERREISE, die ATEMMEDITATIONEN, FANTASIEREISEN und VISUALISIERUNGEN sorgen dafür, dass Körper und Geist in eine Art Dämmerschlaf abtauchen. Dies führt zum Rückzug aller Sinne, in die Tiefen des Bewusstseins.
