A MUST-LISTEN!!
As someone who struggles with anxiety, I find this book very helpful, it has helped me to understand the connection between my breathing and my anxiety, and I've learned some valuable techniques for calming myself down. The guided meditations are also very relaxing and effective. If you're looking for a way to reduce stress and anxiety, I highly recommend this!

Relaxation Time!!!
This book gave me just what I needed to relax and settle my worried mind. It showed me simple ways to stop overthinking and feel more at peace. Great and insightful book!
I have read several books about yoga and meditation, this was one of my favorites :). I really liked the explanation of different parts of yoga, what they are for, and what the sanscrit words mean. It provided a framework that is often lost outside of an in-person class. Suggestions for exercises were very customizable and adaptable for a variety of ability levels. I am eager to try out my new tips! :)

Excellent!
I loved this book so much! It offers a different take on yoga + meditative practices for beginners, without much emphasis on technicalities, which can sometimes feel overwhelming and distracting. A Tranquil Path to Daily Relaxation
This is a beautifully crafted guide that helps to bring more peace, calm and balance into daily life. The audiobook offers a serene and soothing experience, making it easy to immerse yourself in the practices.
I have practiced yoga but had no knowledge of the three restorative poses presented in chapter 3. The Box Breathing technique too is particularly interesting and far-reaching. I look forward to exploring the various postures and benefiting even more from the practice of Yoga. The author narrated the audiobook herself - an unusual feat that further attests to the authenticity of the book and demonstrates that she is an expert in the field.
