Yoga for the Snowsports, Vol. 1, is a 60-minute instructional yoga class devised specifically for boarders and skiers with little or no previous yoga experience. It instructs you in 18 simple postures that will improve flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and mental focus. Throughout the class, you will be encouraged to internalize your focus and bring awareness to any blockages or areas of tension stored within the body.
