Any book published before the pandemic shows its age very quickly. Quotes for restaurant prices, online rebates, Uber company policies, and cost of services are simply not relevant now because the world has changed so much. There's a philosophy here that is worth internalizing, and there's plenty of info on long-standing programs like social security and Medicare, but the money-saving tips won't be of much use.

What I do recommend is paying attention to the "what I don't like" section. That one might save you from making a serious blunder.
