Very helpful if you give it a try!!
As we reach the age where many of my friends are becoming new dads, I see how overwhelmed they can feel! I liked the tips this audiobook offers on daily routines, emotional support, and balancing work and family life. The author even provides some science-backed advice, which is a nice bonus. This audiobook was underwhelming. The content is a mix of overly obvious advice and generic tips that lack practical depth or creativity. The narration also didn’t help—Dan Levy’s delivery came across as flat and uninspired, making it hard to stay engaged.
