Publisher's summary
Can you handle the truth? If your significant other came home and told you they had someone else but they still loved you…would you agree to a polyamorous lifestyle? Don’t be so quick to say NO. You never know until it happens to you. Meet Yani…she’s a pampered princess who’s married to Dash. The honeymoon period has worn off and marital issues ensue. Most couples turn to therapy but not his couple. Dash drops a bomb on Yani and tells her that the only way to fix their marriage is to accept his girlfriend…into their home. This reality check stuns Yani into fighting for her marriage. She’s not willing to walk away from all she’s helped build but when she meets Siri, her life goes from bad to worse. Both women have a point to prove and neither is willing to walk away before proving it but not everyone is being honest and when you open your house up to.
Siri lives her life by her own rules and soon not only Yani but Dash will realize that three’s a crowd but when you open your doors to the unknown, it may be too late to undo the polygamist knot they’ve made.
As you flip the pages of the unputadownable story of Dash, Yani and Siri, secret relationships are revealed, betrayal is discovered, and danger lurks in the shadows of this polyamorous relationship.
Hold on tight and brace yourself as these three worlds collide.

Story
Obituary writer Nadine Barbault doesn’t mind being called “Lady Death”. It suits the ice queen persona she’s cultivated to survive the fast-paced Toronto Herald. So when Nadine learns that famous (and reclusive) author Dot Voline has died, she doesn’t hesitate to run the obituary…only to discover that Dot is very much alive. Nadine’s screw-up has brought Wesley Chen of the rival Spear no end of joy—she’s been a thorn in his extremely ambitious side for years. But the renewed interest in Dot also surfaced chatter about a mysterious past scandal.

Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Diesel - The Vipers. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses. Yes, sold me. They own me now. I’m theirs in every sense of the word. But I’ve never been meek and compliant.

Romance can be a little complicated when you get sucked into a wormhole. Just ask high school English teacher June Flint. What the what?
There were many inconsistencies in this book, as though it was not professionally edited. Names, words, past/present tense says where in correct.
Overall, the story kept me curious and somewhat intrigued.
The automated reading is horrible!!! It doesn’t truly reflect the emotions in the sentences that are being read.

Good Story Terrible Narration
This story had so much potential, however this narration was awful. If audible continues the computer generated automation they’ll lose me as a subscriber.

Virtual Voice
Although not awful to listen to, the virtual voice mispronounced several simple words. The story was a good one.

Horrible narration!!!
This book had the potential to be so good, but that virtual voice mispronouncing and, omitting words made it trash. I hope this isn’t the future of audiobooks because I won’t be listening any longer 🤬🤬
