In a vibrant village where folklore is the fabric of daily life, a spirited girl named Zuri has a special connection with the stars. One evening, under a sky bursting with constellations, Zuri learns from her grandmother that these are not just stars, but the lights of ancient African gods and goddesses.
With the guidance of Anansi, the spider god of stories and wisdom, Zuri embarks on a celestial adventure each night. Anansi weaves a magical web that allows Zuri to traverse the stars and meet different deities from various African mythologies, such as Oya, goddess of winds, storms, and magic from Yoruba folklore, and Khonsu, the Egyptian god of the moon.
