    Let's dive right into it. If you're in the area of 2 Miles South-Southwest of Carter Lake Iowa, here's what you can expect over the next couple of days.

    Tonight, it's going to start off mostly clear, then shift to mostly cloudy with temperatures hanging around 72 degrees with a nice south-southeast wind cruising at 10 miles per hour.

    As we roll into Tuesday, there's a slight chance of showers early on, followed by a mix of clouds and sun, with a high near 87. Expect a south wind of 9 to 14 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 20 miles per hour.

    Tuesday night, those clouds roll back in as the temperatures drop to around 70 degrees, with a south-southeast wind sticking around 10 to 13 miles per hour.

    Looking ahead to Wednesday, there's a 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 10 am, so be prepared. Highs near 87 and a continuation of that southerly flow.

    Wednesday night, we're still in for a chance of showers and thunderstorms, so keep that umbrella handy.

    Moving into Thursday, we're looking at a high near 92 degrees, with a mix of sun and clouds. The chance of showers and thunderstorms sticks around, but mainly before 1 pm.

    Towards the end of the week, Friday brings a slight chance of showers later in the day, but the sun will be shining brightly with highs near 89 degrees.

    As we head into the weekend, Saturday and Sunday might see some showers and thunderstorms, so keep an eye on the skies. Temperatures ranging from the high 70s to low 70s, giving us a mix of sun and clouds.
