I talk a little about the traits of ADHD and how they have affected my life. I also Introduce my very first guest on 'Unhinged' - Ally Dawson.
Ally is an incredible lady from Australia, who had a late diagnosis with ADHD. In this episode she shares some of her experiences of living with a mis-understood condition and shares valuable advice and insights on how to deal with ADHD.
Ally also gives advice for people who live with someone with ADHD, such as her incredible husband Steve. And give tips on how to best understand your partner with ADHD.
