  • Jamie Sterk is the founder of Wounded Healer Recovery. Prior to Wounded Healer Recovery Jamie worked in the Sioux Falls School District. In 2020, Jamie became certified as a yoga instructor and became attuned in the art of Reiki. Being in recovery from addiction herself, The way that her spirituality was strengthened because of the combination of working a twelve step program, practicing yoga and using Reiki healing energy in her life was impactful. Jamie is a mother to 5 children.
