- limiting beliefs which have held him back, why, and how he got past them
- the importance of identifying limiting beliefs and how to challenge them
- positive beliefs that support him now in achieving his highest goals.
This exercise was in the book Unlimited Power, by Tony Robbins, but variations have been in lots of other articles online and other books as well.
