Hannah "Diner" Dugan on charges of criminal obstruction of ICE agents seeking the arrest of an illegal criminal migrant, as well as criminal concealment of that migrant.

The amici brief supported by the 130 judges argues that Judge Dugan is immune from criminal prosecution under the doctrine of judicial immunity.
