From serving blowfish (fugu) at a high-end restaurant in Shibuya, to working as a hotel bellgirl at an international hotel in Sendai, and crafting Japanese-style pizzas in our hometown, our stories are packed with humor, unexpected discoveries, and lessons we’ve learned.
