Fitness is more than a past time for Rebekah, it is her passion. Rebekah recently left her legal career of 11 years to pursue a career as a fitness professional. Fitness has always been special to Rebekah, as it helped her during grief and past trauma - she used her workouts as a positive coping mechanism. In Spring of 2022, Rebekah took a leap and joined Team Strong Girls. That was a pivotal turning point. Rebekah’s passion for fitness flourished, and so did her confidence. Rebekah fell in love with the process of building muscle - working toward growth instead of becoming a smaller version of herself.
