Welcome to Heal Your Human! In this episode, we dive into the pivotal question of whether to quit or keep going in various aspects of our lives. Our lives revolve around decisions constantly, and sometimes it's more exhausting to make big decisions than to actually just keep working at it. There are many reasons we might stay at a job, in a relationship, keep at a sport, etc, but a big reason might not be passion; it might be guilt. To help us make big shifts and changes in our lives, we must fall back on our why and our values. Clarity is a superpower, and constant reflection can help us feel confident in our life decisions.
