  • Dr. Liz Lowden, an endocrinologist, left her corporate medicine job, opened a private practice, worked in telemedicine, went through a buyout, did consulting work, and endured burn out. Throughout all of this, she felt that she was trying "fit a mold of who she should be."

    In an effort to model for her daughters how to show up as their authentic selves, she found a surprising creative outlet of color analysis. This work provided language and skills to align her internal desires with how she presented herself in the external world. This created space for all of her interests - while making peace with medicine.
