會幕是一座折疊式房子，覆蓋了四層遮蓋物。它用各種材料製成，例如它的牆是用48塊皂莢木板製成的。每塊板的高度爲4.5米(10肘:15英尺)，寬度爲67.5釐米(1.5肘:2.2英尺)。所有的板上都包裹了金子。
會幕的遮蓋物用下列材料製成:第一層遮蓋物是用藍色、紫色和朱紅色線及細紡亞麻紗編織而成的簾子；第二層遮蓋物是山羊皮；第三層遮蓋物是染紅的公羊皮；第四層是獾皮。
