    Helen Whait is the founder of ActivOT, Australia’s first private practice occupational therapy franchise. Helen has been recognised for her groundbreaking achievements; some of which include winning the SA Woman Australia Innovator Award in 2021. She was also named as a finalist in the hotly contested category, Leadership and Management Excellence, in the Allied Health Awards. Since establishing ActivOT in 2007, Helen has been challenging the status quo of OT service provision in Australia.Helen is a popular and well-regarded speaker and consultant on all matters relating to OT in the aged and disability care sectors, franchising and as an expert in her values-based boundaries theory.
