 In this episode I chat with Mama Chow all things pleasure and intimacy from a holistic view point, men’s mental health and so much more! About Choiwee: My name is Choiwee Moon and I am a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. I am a karuna reiki master, intimacy & pleasure Educator and couple's coach and also work within the youth preventative, therapeutic space. I am currently studying and becoming more trauma-informed, in particular with the modality of Embodied Processing which utilises the most recent research around neuroscience and pairs it with somatic healing to treat the cause of individuals survival adaptations and stored trauma. As well as working 1:1 and with couples (both in person and online) I also hold monthly women's circles and regularly facilitate at retreats for both men and women.
