In this episode, Dr. Brett Sharp (UCO) joins Emily in a conversation with Libertarian Party Chair and Bethany City Councilman Chris Powell. They discuss the process for getting a third party on the ballot in Oklahoma, how the Libertarian Party has been able to successfully maintain its ballot access in the state, and the challenges facing third parties and their candidates.

Along the way, they also discuss a variety of election laws and the inability of modern political parties to enforce party discipline on candidates.
