Broadway for your ears!
Honestly, I can’t believe that four years after its release I am the first one to review this. Basically it is a Broadway Musical, minus the going to New York part. It is done in the style of the old time radio shows with foley artist and singers, full band/orchestra. The music is catchy and you’ll find yourself humming or singing the tunes when you’re done. There are some “dead air” spaces with just foley and no dialogue... but if you hang past those, the story is a real tearjerker. And funny, you’ll love the duck!

Husband and I keep replaying
My only complaint is I wish there was more! Even anything else that compares to this. The story, the songs, the voices, the characters, are phenomenal! My husband and I keep listening to the songs in the car. I with they’d do more. Highly recommend!!

I can listen to this over and over again…in fact when I can’t find something else, I do.

So good!
I'm on my third or fourth listen. it's a really fun time and still a deep and emotional story. So yeah, if you have some time and appreciate some good tunes and a great performance, give it a go!

Great in form poor in substance
It’s a well-structured musical, in the form of a problem given conflict/walk away resolution (ish). Great voices, solos, harmonic duets, but I’m sorry, I got to the end and thought I had missed something; it turns out it was the neon sign saying plot holes ahead. The problem that’s placed on the table is not trite. It is an almost unbelievable piece of deception, unless we’re being invited into a comedy of errors, I would like to know why this happened, what could have made this person build such a ruse, I mean you introduced the fact that there were official documents corroborating what the character did…huh. Why does the harmed party return to this mess…yes, because it wasn’t fully resolved, and the play does have to end, but really, the characters are juvenile, if not outright unlikeable. I truly don’t understand the rave reviews, the conflict generates little more than incredulity and you get nothing at the end to justify sticking with the production; well to be fair, the vocals are great.
