Welcome to episode 4 of the Mon Kinloch Podcast!
In this episode I am sharing tangible and easy-to-implement tips and tricks you can incorporate right now into your life, to either:
- Prevent burnout, fatigue and/or exhaustion; or
- Recover from burnout, fatigue and/or exhaustion in a way that is manageable and sustainable.
These are tips I used to recover from chronic fatigue, two lots of glandular fever, and periods of adrenal fatigue and adrenal exhaustion. They have become habits now that I use every single day, to prevent experiencing future burnout or fatigue.
These tips are universal - meaning you can incorporate them into your life regardless of your routine and lifestyle.
My intention is always to provide you with the tools and resources to be able to take full control of your life, so you can live the life YOU want to, and deserve to, live!
