Great <work>

Mike Rowe's casual style interviews are the best style to listen to while working. and Matt Malone did something amazing by transferring ownership. good on KKP too.

Steering imbalace.

Nice to hear discussion about how hands on workers can succeed financially without spending time and money on a college education. It is not a one path to success economy.

Where are the workers?

I have 2 boys - 26 & 28yo. Military was always an option for them as all the men in our family served back to the civil war. That went out the window with Biden and his team's careless incompetent leadership. No.way do I trust them with my boys, throw in DIY and case closed. The 28 yo has learned on the job electrician skills and works for a good small company. He's highly trusted due to his work ethic and Christian upbringing. The 26yo is working with elementary kids and wants to be a teacher. My opinion the problem with 20 somethings is the parents making excuses for them and, paying their bills. As a single mom, their dad died from COVID April 2020. They were living with me and had no incentive to be on their own. So I moved from California to Indiana in May to force them to fly the coop. They hated it but they did it and are both in a better place today because of it. All of my 26yo friends live with their parents. Keep doing what you're doing Mike Rowe! BTW: I love your whiskey 😉

Mutal respect in the workplace and The American Dreams tshirt Still Alive

Refreshing and encouraging to hear a business owner share his ideas on shaping and changing the class dynamic in the workplace. Respecting your employees and giving them an opportunity to succeed personally while making the company successful as well.
