  • In this episode I talk to Emma, an old school friend. We get real about what it’s like being a woman in corporate, moving to New York and what it was like when close friendships end.

    We talk candidly about suicide and what it is like to experiences the pain and loss of someone we love.

    We recorded the episode in Emma’s apartment in the leafy suburbs of Sydney's North Shore. You might hear Emma's dog in the Bowie in the background. I have purposefully kept the recording raw and unedited.

    In our conversation, we explore many topics, including losing friends, big life changes, and suicide.

    I encourage you to listen with an open heart but be prepared that the subject matter can be difficult at times. Go gently.
