    Senior Principal & Architect for Sasaki's Sports Division- Chris Sgarzi This weeks guest: Chris Sgarzi holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from Tulane University and studied at the Architectural Association in London. He gained recognition for his expertise in programming, planning, and designing sports, recreation, and student life facilities across the Northeast. In 2004, he founded Sgarzi Associates, which was later acquired by the global architectural firm Sasaki in 2011. Upon joining Sasaki, he assumed the role of senior principal, overseeing the sports and recreation division. During his tenure at Sasaki, he has contributed to numerous master plans, including those for Cal Berkeley, University of Texas, and Syracuse, as well as to construction projects such as the Boston College Hoag Pavilion, RPI Houston Fieldhouse Multi-Purpose Arena, and Loyola Maryland Ridley Athletic Complex. After Syracuse he became general manager of ticket sales at Vanderbilt and currently is the director of sales for the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins. A graduate of Springfield College and the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse graduate school. He went on to be NSCA certified strength coach. After he completed his education he spent time working at North Carolina State and then Syracuse. In 2013 he made a transition to the NFL working with the Buffalo Bills. His resume includes being a part of programs that won the Micron PC Bowl, Insight Bowl, Pinstripe Bowl, two NCAA DI lacrosse national championship, as well as four AFC East Championships. A native of Great Britain she traveled to the United States to both play for and get her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. She would later get her master’s from Concordia University Irvine in Coaching & Athletic Administration. As an athlete she played for Arsenal Football Club, the English National Team, team Great Britten, University of Indiana, the Boston Breakers and Orange County Waves winning 2 WPSL National Championship with two different team. As a coach she served as an assistant coach at Monmouth, Syracuse, Penn State and an associate head coach at Boston University.     This Week's Guest:

    A native of Houston, this guest graduated from Syracuse University with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. He played football at Syracuse and with the NFL’s Carolina Panthers. He began his administrative career in college athletics through roles in academic and student support. At Syracuse, he served as an Academic Graduate Assistant, eventually rising to positions such as Academic Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Associate Director, before being promoted to Director of Academic Services. He is a member of N4A and serves on the board of the NBA/NCAA Continuing Education Pilot, as well as on the Advisory Board of Directors for the Center for Sports Management Research and Education.

    Previously, he held the position of Senior Associate Athletics Director for Administration and Student-Athlete Experience at Texas A&M, where he oversaw the Center for Student-Athlete Services, the Lettermen’s Association, the Equipment Room, and initiatives related to NIL. He is also the sport administrator for cross country. Recently, he was named Deputy Athletic Director and Chief Operating Officer at Tulsa.     This week's guest: Paul Carcaterra graduated from Syracuse University. He was a four-year letter winner for the men’s lacrosse team and a member of 1995 national title team as well as named a 1997 All-American. He went on to be a professional lacrosse athlete playing for the New Jersey Pride. He began his sports broadcasting career with CBS College Sports as an analyst and web site contributor from 2005-2009. In 2009 he joined ESPN as a lacrosse game analyst and sideline reporter. He has become a staple of ESPN lacrosse both for his coverages of the most popular games on TV and his behind the scenes features. Along with his fame for lacrosse coverage he can also be seen on college football sideline reporting on top ESPN broadcasts.
