Some things I am learning:

1. How to normalize the flux of knowing, then not knowing, and realizing that you never really knew anything at all.
2. How to accept the wavering feelings of complete clear-hearted confidence followed by the indescribable uncertainty + fear of "am i doing anything right"
3. The bliss and simplicity of the inevitable rediscovery of our childhood self as the pathway to all that we are and all that we will become.
4. That we heal not to deal with our pain, but to learn how to accept our joy.
