Levator Ani avulsions are not common, but possible, and would be missed in your 6 week postpartum check because your doctor or midwife doesn't screen for it. This injury greatly affects your ability to return to exercise safely. Learn what the risk factors are, how to detect this injury, and what can be done to diagnose and heal it.
