Love these! Soothing and relaxing.

I absolutely love the ones with music. Soothing and relaxing. I fall asleep easily and if I happen to wake up I get back to sleep easily. I can feel the tension drain out of my shoulders.

The ones with fire place or nature sounds are nice but my mind still wanders too much for me to get the same results as mentioned above but may be great for someone who finds the music distracting.
