2024年2月、味の素からフライパン一つで本格的なパスタを作れるキューブタイプのパスタ用調味料『パスタキューブ』が発売された。発売から半年で約800万食を売り上げ、3月のCM放送期間中には競合ひしめくパスタソース部門で売り上げ1位を獲得する大ヒット商品となっている。
今回は、味の素株式会社 コンシューマーフーズ事業部 シーズニンググループの長谷駿佑さんに、開発に至った経緯や試行錯誤した点、ヒットの要因についてお話を聞いた。
