- Erin worked with celebrities like Richard Simmons, Faith Hill, and the Backstreet Boys at The View. She shared stories from her time on the show.

- In 2014, Erin decided to get gastric sleeve surgery to help with her struggles with weight loss. She lost 65 pounds but gained it back.
