●       Almonds – Buy what you need, and check with Smirk’s for an update to see if unusual weather is going to affect the costs later this year. 

●       Cashews – The market is stable, with regular growth. Spot purchases may be a challenge so plan ahead.

●       Macadamia Nuts – The supply is plentiful, and it’s a good time to work with macadamias. Prices are nearly half of what they were, and they have a high perceived consumer value.

●       Walnuts –. The supply is great right now and prices are good too. You may see prices vary on lighter colored walnuts out of California but overall good prices and supply.

●       Pecans – The price gap for pieces vs halves is closer than it’s ever been due to the growing demand for pieces.
