About this listen
The GOSH Bioethics Podcast is back for a second series, with new episodes being released every fortnight!
Dr Joe Brierley, Director of Bioethics at Great Ormond Street Hospital and a Consultant in Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care, sits down for a conversation with Professor Sir Michael Marmot, the Director of the UCL Institute of Health Equity, and Professor David Archard, Philosopher at Queens University Belfast and member of the Bioethics Committee at GOSH.
They discuss the effects of fuel poverty on child health, children's rights and how to advocate for children, and the importance of understanding the social determinants of health.
