Charles also serves as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Extol Capital, a U.S.-based growth equity firm helping consumer-focused tech companies expand into the Greater China region. Mr. Tung also held leadership positions at New Balance and Fanatics, where he helped scale operations globally. In his last job, he was the General Manager of International at the ’47 Brand, where he drove international strategy and market development. Mr. Tung recently left the ’47 Brand this January. Throughout his career, Mr. Tung has launched brands into new markets, including Columbia Sportswear in China, India, Southeast Asia, and many other regions, growing the business by 600%.
