I loved it. I have done the work for a while. Asking the questions after my husband passed unexpectedly, helped me find peace and acceptance and released me from my anger and pain. Thank you Byron for giving helping question my thoughts. Has forever changed my life.

So helpful in understanding how our minds lead us astray

Katie is so present and helpful, always. This particular story is extremely helpful, it demonstrates how we can blow small situations into dramas, causing ourselves pain. Katie’s questions and observations are so kind and so revealing of how our egos work, and helpful in untangling the snares we can build for ourselves.

As a worrying mother I could very well relate to the story (I have to go to the hospital). Thank You! What a relief to get perspective and see the falseness of my thoughts. Also to find space, love and peace underneath or behind... Loved this, You and Life! Thank You ❤
‐ That I wrote about the first episode (going to the hospital) Now trying to submit reviews about the next ones, seems that the same text is always offered back to me... not sure how this "works" :) Apparently the reviews are not episode specific, even it seemed like it.
