    We Discuss each of our Generations, what relates to us, and what don't.  Lets see what changed through the years from Baby Boomers to Generation Alpha.

     Generation z is more politically and socially engaged and focused on their education, work life balance, and financial awareness, but is also skeptical of traditional institutions and may have a shorter attention span. Baby boomers were born in the time of a renewed hope and optimism for the future, and during their lifetime they experienced significant technological and cultural advancements. Generation Alpha is more global, more aware of mental health and technology integrated than previous generations. Baby boomers were part of a generation that witnessed significant change, among other things, in social norms, attitudes towards gender and sexuality, and the rise of new social movements. They are often engaged in civic engagement, including volunteer work, community organizations, and political activism. Generation Alpha is often more multitasking and adaptable than previous generations and is less concerned with conformity to social expectations. Generation Z is more diverse than any other generation, focuses on technology, and is more open about mental health. Taylor When it comes to communicating and socializing differently than previous generations, Taylor says she doesn't know. However, she does know how to work technology and prefers to talk to somebody in person, rather than text or call. Make sure to be kind, ask questions, don't be rude to someone, be interesting and keep being friends with them.: You can create a safe and respectful environment for yourself by being understanding and listening to people, not being judgmental, and being able to walk away from the situation.: Explains how people can be kind and respectful to each other, even if they are different. Here are some tips for balancing work and family: -Make a schedule that is flexible. -Use breaks to connect with family. - -What is your favorite thing to do with your family? -What is your favorite thing to do with your partner? -What is your favorite thing to do with your friends? - To keep your skin clear of acne, try getting regular exercise, avoiding unhealthy habits, and sleeping regularly.: Protect your privacy online by using strong passwords, downloading apps from known sources, and being careful on things you click on. An eight year old's perspective on exercises for weight loss is to lose weight for health reasons and to shake because you are in perfect body shape.
