I have found this to be the most helpful news source of any kind for understanding the current landscape of American legal news. David and Sarah talk about the law in a way that does not favor either political party and which gets down to the real issues at stake in major court cases rather than the lazy partisan analysis that we can expect from the major media networks. Each episode is thoughtful and thoroughly researched. If you want a balanced, accurate, and generally predictive depiction of what is happening in the courts (especially SCOTUS) then you should give this podcast a try.
