In this episode we discuss the different liabilities in our lives and how we manage those risks. Not just the potential hazards in our careers, but also the strange and complex situations and people that carry relative dangers we may be unaware of.

We all have something in our lives that we would like to improve. Sometimes it is our whole life we wish we could make better. The key is to find a small goal in the places that could use a little improvement and achieve it. Don't celebrate too much when you do; just have a new goal ready to go.

We should also take the time to find goals outside of our life's constellation once in a while. We put this podcast together to have a fun goal we could achieve as a team. It was outside of our comfort zone and it has been a great time, but we also got to know each other better as we discuss our strengths and weaknesses.

When we found out, that out of the 150 million podcast episodes out there, 44% of those podcasts have less than 3 episodes. We can do that! That was our goal and we met that small challenge. It feels pretty good.

Welcome to Aggressively Helpful featuring Dawn and Julia.

We love to talk sometimes over each other. This is our introductory episode to our Podcast. We have recorded three episodes and maybe we will do more? We hope you laugh half as hard listening as we did recording.

The episode title, 2 + 2 = 3, was a mistake. We left it because everyone makes mistakes. It is helpful to take the time to laugh at yourself when you do.
