The last suspect, Steven Oboite was caught on June 1st when officers attempted to pull him over on his jet ski for being in a no wake zone on Lake Allatoona, GA. He took off and then ditched the jet ski at the shore and ran off into the woods. Game Wardens captured him and Oboite is now awaiting arraignment at the Fulton County Jail. This month Allahnia's case was also featured on In Pursuit with John Walsh.
