    Plus, Texas Tech coach Joey McGuire says we need to stop assuming one conference is better than another and let the teams decide it on the field.

    Also, Alabama’s Ryan Williams told Jon Gruden the Crimson Tide will “kill an ant with a sledgehammer” when they play Vanderbilt this season. Vandy quarterback Diego Pavia responded quickly.
