• What happens when 2 generations of travelers, come together? [Around the 🌎 in 80 minutes HK Edition]
    Mar 27 2024
In this an hour long episode happening in Hong Kong, me and Ralph sat down and talked about how 2 generations of solo travelers differ from each other mainly for the influence of the internet - but some key elements, the adventure spirit inside us stay the course over the years, or decades. - Ralph is a figure whom I looked upon and had countless happy hour conversations with when we were working together in SCMP - He is a professor in Journalism, has called Taiwan his home for more than a decade, and a fellow curious mind. From our conversations I feel like our generation could benefit a lot from absorbing the previous knowledge, insights on the way how the past people the way they have done it, and I am glad we finally got the chance to put this on record. It's been 2 years since I just did a long format content so..go easy on me! Share this valuable piece if you or you can someone would find value in it:) That means a lot to us!

  • I bought a one-way ticket to Australia, and I never look back. (From introvert to starting podcast)
    Sep 25 2020
By any magical chance you are here listening to me, whether it is through search or my social media, welcome to the very first episode of PodsitiveAsian. “2020 man, what a year. Can’t wait for it to be over.” Sounds familiar? Sure, it feels a bit like an apocalypse. While you can focus on the negatives, chances are you have the option to be on the opposite side as well. Yet, sometimes it’s hard to do so when you get too caught up in the surroundings. I get that. #Touching on my working holiday/backpacker life in Australia, how I slept with a German guy on the top deck of a camper van for one month during a RoadTrip. #Introvert/extrovert. A story of mine. #What did I learn, what changes have I been going though since the start of the journey. #Who are the biggest inspiration to me. #Why started this podcast, why I have the confidence to speak on my second language and so on.
