    We speak with Christopher Confessore as the Brevard Symphony Orchestra returns for free July 4th Symphony Under the Stars The Brevard Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is thrilled to announce the return of the “Symphony Under the Stars” in celebration of Independence Day. In partnership with the city of Cocoa, this free concert will take place on July 4th, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. at Cocoa Riverfront Park and features the work of John Phillip Sousa, John Williams, Irving Berlin, and more!
    BSO Executive Director Hadassah Etienne says, "Free community concerts like our July 4 celebration are a vital part of our mission at the BSO. These events break down barriers to access, inspire a love for the arts, and remind us of the shared spirit of music in our community. We're proud to celebrate Independence Day and we hope families will join us for an unforgettable evening of music and fireworks."
    This concert is free to the public. The fireworks show will start at 9:15 p.m. V.I.P. tickets are available for $65 for Brevard Symphony Orchestra subscribers and $80 for non-subscribers. These V.I.P. tickets include a pre-concert barbeque, dessert, reserved parking, and reserved concert seating. Tickets can be purchased athttps://brevardsymphony.com/symphonyunderthestars.
